Job Title: Digital Operations Specialist

The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is seeking an experienced Digital Operations Specialist to contribute to our role as the national regulator safeguarding and protecting older Australians receiving aged care services.

  • Provide insights, advice, and support in designing effective architectures for the ICT environment.
  • Guide ICT programs and projects to align with the broader digital strategy and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Offer subject matter expertise on complex infrastructure challenges, developing proposals for recommended solutions.
  • Drive operational performance outcomes contributing to the achievement of ICT Operations section goals.
  • Oversee root cause analysis and problem rectification activities.
  • Foster a high-performance culture driving collaboration, agility, and accountability in ICT service delivery.
  • Lead and motivate team members to foster ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ICT Architecture Design: Provide expert guidance on designing effective ICT environments.
