We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to achieve growth objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Job Description:- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development decisions.
- Present business cases and pitches to senior leadership and clients to secure funding and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding into new markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships.
