About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Logistics Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with administration and operations, championing a safety-first culture within the factory, and ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Management: Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensure accurate inventory levels, and optimize stock management processes.
  • Warehouse Coordination: Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensure easy access to inventory, and coordinate loading and unloading activities.
  • SAP Transactions: Process transactions efficiently, manage stock movements, and update records accurately.
  • Liaising with Transport Hub: Communicate effectively with transport partners, coordinate schedules, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, assist with delivery scheduling, and resolve any issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics administration or a related field.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP or similar systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
