Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary: This role involves the coordination and processing of domestic, imports, and export shipments in accordance with regulatory requirements at our Dandenong South site.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of import and export fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process shipments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate order information to brokers for documentation and customer delivery updates.
- Prepare and request shipment documentation as required.
- Validate shipment information, verify no discrepancies, and prepare necessary paperwork.
- Ensure seamless logistics operations by interacting with warehouse teams for packaging and repackaging.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics and supply chain-related roles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools and automated systems.
- Fluent business English communication skills.
- Highly collaborative team player.
