As a key member of our team at Sonova, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing specialist diagnostic, paediatric and adult audiological assessments. Your expertise will be valued in helping clients with their hearing needs by providing professional recommendations about most suitable rehabilitation options.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting highly varied caseloads working closely with local ENTs to provide specialist diagnostic, paediatric and adult audiological assessments.
  • Helping clients with their hearing needs by providing professional recommendations about most suitable rehabilitation options to address the client's difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities and budget.
  • Performing clinical assessments in-line with current best practice and the Company's clinical protocols and communicating assessment results and subsequent recommendations.
  • Meeting our clients' needs, wherever possible, through providing appropriate and professional advice, services and devices.
  • Offering counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in Audiology.
  • Audiology Australia Student Membership.
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent levels of customer care and service, and a passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
  • A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with our clients, and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.
  • An understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.
  • A desire to support other members of your team, and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture in the region.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
