About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Audiologist to join our team in Toowoomba, working closely with local ENTs to provide specialist diagnostic, paediatric and adult audiological assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform clinical assessments in-line with current best practice and communicate assessment results and subsequent recommendations.
  • Help clients with their hearing and balance problems by providing professional recommendations about most suitable rehabilitation options and to address the client's difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities and budget.
  • Meet our clients' needs, wherever possible, through providing appropriate and professional advice, services and devices.
  • Offering counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in adult rehabilitation.
  • A relevant qualification in Audiology.
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Full membership with an appropriate professional body and a Certificate of Clinical Practice (CCP).
