Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our club. You will lead a team of Member Support Consultants to achieve new sales targets and member retention budgets while overseeing front desk operations.

  • Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets.
  • Achieve individual sales targets to contribute to the team's success.
  • Create a structure to ensure the MSC team achieves daily minimum performance criteria.
  • Assist with the delivery of sales training to develop the MSC team.
  • Ensure that enquiries are responded to within 24 hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven sales and customer service experience with a clear ability to hit KPIs.
  • Understanding of the cycle of selling and various sales techniques including up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Previous experience of managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes.
  • Ability to motivate others towards a goal.
