As a customer experience leader, you'll oversee the entire eCommerce journey – from basket to post-purchase. You'll lead, develop and support a high-performing design team, partnering closely with product and engineering leaders to strengthen our web and app experiences.

This leadership role requires proven experience in managing design teams, a strong background in eCommerce and ability to balance people leadership with strategic design direction. Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams is also essential.

You'll be responsible for guiding the design vision, enabling great work to happen and ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.
