The Experience Director is responsible for curating and fostering a vibrant, engaging, and connected community within The Queensbridge Building. This role integrates premium concierge services with primary focus on innovative community development programs, ensuring residents and tenants experience a six-star hotel-style standard while benefiting from enriching lifestyle initiatives. The role also requires expertise in planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management to deliver impactful community experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Events

  • Design and deliver inclusive community programs, workshops, and events.
  • Collaborate with councils, service providers, and community groups.
  • Manage event logistics, sponsorships, marketing, and communications.
  • Monitor program impact and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Resident Concierge Services

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and visitors.
  • Support resident transitions and maintain high standards of safety and service.
  • Address concerns, encourage community rules, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Enhance safety and security by proactively observing CCTV feeds and reporting any issues.

General Duties

  • Uphold building standards and legislative requirements.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports.
  • Observe operations and proactively identify safety/security issues.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Experience in event planning, community development, or hospitality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A proactive, resident-first mindset.
