About the Role

Civeo Australia is seeking an experienced Assistant Village Manager to join our leadership team at a multi-site hub in Western Australia. This is a hands-on management role where you'll spend time in the field directly with your teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple competing requirements and prioritize effectively
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team with a culture focused on proactive customer service
  • Ensure safety standards are met and maintained
  • Manage profit and loss and navigate service contracts

Requirements:

  • Village management experience at various levels
  • Outstanding leadership experience with the ability to build a strong, stable team
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss, budgeting, costs controls, and rostering
  • Minimum 1-2 years of FIFO experience as an AVM or a highly experienced Department Team Leader
