About the Role

Civeo is seeking an experienced Assistant Village Manager to join our team, overseeing operations in Western Australia. This hands-on management position offers career growth opportunities to Village Manager and beyond.

About You

As a seasoned people manager, you'll prioritize effectively and handle multiple competing requirements. You'll be an excellent communicator, able to speak with ease to diverse groups of clients, visitors, and guests.

You'll have experience managing profit and loss, navigating service contracts, and championing safety standards. You'll delegate effectively, lead by example, and drive performance to achieve outcomes for our clients.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of FIFO experience as an AVM or highly experienced Department Team Leader
  • Outstanding leadership experience, building a strong, stable team
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss, budgeting, costs control, and rostering
  • Valid manual driver's license
  • Responsibility Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate or WA Approved Manager's license
  • Clear National Police Clearance under 6 months old
  • Able to pass a medical and drug screen
  • Knowledge of rostering and time and attendance
  • Able to train and develop your own team onsite

Skills:

  • Strong computer literacy, able to adapt to new systems quickly
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with data and regular reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail across reporting and service delivery
  • Highly developed leadership skills and ability to develop a high-performing team
  • Passion for safety and providing an enjoyable working environment
  • Experience with Oracle/JDE technology (Purchase Orders and reconciliation) an advantage
