Site Operations Manager

Civeo Australia is seeking experienced Site Operations Managers to join its leadership team at various sites in Western Australia. This role involves hands-on management, spending time in the field with teams and is well-suited for career growth to senior positions.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced Department Supervisors or current AVMs looking for their next challenge.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize effectively and manage multiple competing requirements.
- Communicate effortlessly with diverse groups of clients, visitors, and guests.
- Manage profit and loss, navigate service contract scope, and ensure safety standards are met.
- Delegate tasks, lead by example, and drive performance to achieve client outcomes.
- 8 days on and 6 days off rostering with lifestyle-friendly rotations.

- 1-2 years of FIFO experience as an AVM or highly experienced Department Team Leader from a large site (1000+ rooms).
- Outstanding leadership skills, ability to build strong, stable teams.
- Strong understanding of Profit and Loss, budgeting, costs control, and rostering.
- Valid manual driver's license.
- Responsibility Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate or WA Approved Manager's license.
- Current National Police Clearance under 6 months old.
- Able to pass medical and drug screen.
- Knowledge of rostering and time attendance essential.
- Able to train and develop own team onsite.
- Strong computer literacy, able to quickly adapt to new systems.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with data and regular reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail in reporting and service delivery.
- Highly developed leadership skills and ability to develop high-performing teams with customer-focused cultures.
- Passionate about safety and providing enjoyable working environments.
- Any Oracle/JDE technology experience (Purchase Orders and reconciliation) highly regarded.
