About the Role

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our people strategy across retail, distribution, logistics, and professional audio. This is a pivotal interim role that requires hands-on leadership and strategic guidance.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR leadership, partnering with executives and managers to drive growth, engagement, and efficiency.
  • Oversee performance management, employee development, and engagement initiatives.
  • Champion a positive workplace culture and support fair, consistent employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, industry awards, and WHS requirements across all business units.
  • Lead, develop, and support the HR team to deliver people-first outcomes.
  • Manage HR-related change, lead projects and organisational initiatives with a steady, people-focused approach.
Required Skills & Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field is essential. We're looking for someone with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably with experience leading HR functions across multiple business units. Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and best practices in HR is also required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. They must be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail is highly desirable.
