Home Care Worker Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of our aged care clients.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.

In this role, you will provide home help services, including general housekeeping, cleaning, meal preparation, and social support. You will also assist with transport to lifestyle activities and help family carers take a break.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and making a difference in the community.

  • You will work independently, using your initiative to find solutions to everyday problems and seeking support from your manager when needed.

A valid Australian driver's licence and a reliable vehicle are essential for this role, as well as an interest in community care or aged care (experience is preferred but not essential).

  • Award rate $30.85 per hour + Super + Paid KM's
