This is a unique opportunity to support clients in their homes, providing quality complex care and assistance. As a dedicated caregiver, you will help individuals live their best possible lives and build meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver daily tasks and personal care to enhance clients' independence and quality of life.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to promote their well-being and happiness.
- Work a minimum of 4 days per week (Monday to Friday), with some weekend shifts available to accommodate diverse needs.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to improve care delivery and stay up-to-date with best practices.
- Maintain accurate client care plans and communicate effectively with the care team.
- A comprehensive orientation program including buddy shifts to ensure a smooth transition.
- Dedicated supervisor support to address any concerns or questions.
- A company mobile phone for emails, rosters, and client care plans to streamline communication.
