Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fitness center, ensuring a positive member experience, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the entire operation of the fitness center, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
  • Member Experience: Ensure a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service, resolving member complaints, and promoting our services.
  • Business Development: Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improving sales and marketing efforts, and analyzing business performance.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of fitness professionals, including personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and front desk staff.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including payroll, inventory, and facilities maintenance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR certification, and a valid Working with Children (WWC) certificate or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to learn and perform multiple job functions, and a strong understanding of PC business application programs.
