Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple venues, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service and customer satisfaction

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, manage costs, and increase profitability across all sites
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, licensing, and employment laws.

  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, preparing regular reports for senior management
  • Liaise with marketing and events teams to promote venues and maximise occupancy for functions and events

  • Actively engage with customers and the community to enhance the reputation of the venues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in multi-site management
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Proven experience in driving business growth and improving financial performance
  • Excellent understanding of hospitality operations, including food and beverage, customer service, and event management
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
