About the Role

The Practice Manager is a key position responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of healthcare services to Eligible Personnel and entitled civilians. This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of healthcare professionals and maintain high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with professional standards and legislation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the healthcare team
  • Ensure the maintenance of high standards of patient care and safety
