Clinical Services Director

The Clinical Services Director is responsible for overseeing the delivery of safe and effective healthcare services to Eligible Personnel and entitled civilians in accordance with professional standards and legislation, and Defence Policies and Procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Provide strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- Hold a Diploma in Practice Management or nationally recognised equivalent qualification, or a minimum of 2 years full time (or part-time equivalent) experience as a Practice Manager in a multi-clinician practice within the last 5 years.
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
