At Serco, we provide integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel across Australia. Our partnership with Bupa ensures that ADF personnel have access to quality on-site medical care. Our services include general medical and primary care, physiotherapy, dentistry, pharmacy, and aviation medicine.
About the Role
The Practice Manager is responsible for delivering safe and effective health services to Eligible Personnel and entitled civilians in accordance with professional standards and legislation, and Defence Policies and Procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance to healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
Develop and implement healthcare strategies to meet the needs of ADF personnel
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive healthcare services
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Defence policies
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care
About You

You will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
