The Role

As Senior Civil Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and delegating civil engineering investigation work.

You will design civil structures, monitor compliance to relevant codes, practices, and standards, ensure effective communication between clients and internal project stakeholders, and confirm that earthworks are constructed in accordance with the design intent.

This role is based in our Brisbane office, where relocation assistance will be offered to the successful candidate.

Our Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will hold a degree in Engineering with a specialization in Civil or Geotechnical engineering.

They should have at least 5-8 years' experience in a similar role within the mining, civil, or geotechnical industries.

Key skills include maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, a high level of attention to detail, prioritizing tasks effectively, and excellent communication and reporting skills.
