Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with expertise in tailings management and slurry pump systems to join our team at Engineering Personnel. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will lead and manage the planning, design, and assessment of tailings storage facilities and slurry pump systems for mining and resource projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable engineering solutions.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, designs, and specifications related to tailings and slurry systems.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical / Mechanical or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in tailings management, slurry pump systems, and related areas.
  • CPEng registration or eligibility is a significant advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices within the mining and resources sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
