We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to lead activities tailored to seniors' interests and needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to deliver engaging experiences that cater to residents' physical, social, and recreational wants.

About the Role

- Design and deliver activity programs
- Assist in preparing, evaluating, and implementing the activities calendar
- Promote available activities within the community
- Update care plans and complete relevant documentation

Requirements

- Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent qualification
- Genuine interest in caring for seniors
- Demonstrated experience in similar roles, particularly working with people living with dementia
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
