Civil CAD Designer Position

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects that integrate engineering, mapping, and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and manage plans and profiles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for designing topography, drainage systems, roadways, grading, and elevation models.
  • Perform GIS-related tasks, including mapping, spatial analysis, and data integration.
  • Coordinate and process permitting applications, ensuring efficiency and adherence to local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers to produce high-quality designs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
  • Knowledge in GIS (Geometric Information Systems).
  • At least 2 years' CAD designing experience.
  • Ability to work with GIS software to integrate spatial data into CAD designs.
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal permitting processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in related field.
