Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace.

To succeed in this role, you will need to know your stuff about beverages. You will be a go-to person for customer queries, engaging with customers and providing them with the knowledge they need to make informed purchasing decisions.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the liquor industry and has a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a strong work ethic and are able to multitask, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and answering their questions about beverages.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with changes in the liquor industry.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the liquor industry.
  • Accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate required.
