Job Title: Beverage Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Beverage Service Representative.

  • Responsible for selling and dispensing beverages, including liquor from the bar, food and gaming areas in a responsible manner.
  • Communicate warmly, friendly, respectfully and effectively with guests, sharing product knowledge in accordance with their needs.
  • Initiate conversation with guests when appropriate and maximise revenue opportunities by fulfilling their sales requests.
  • Monitor stock control and complete replenishment of stock when required.
  • Operate point of sale and handle cash securely.
  • Comply with safety and health policies, procedures and role responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Provide exceptional guest service to enhance the guest experience.
  • Have great attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Be a team player who can follow supervisor's requests to perform other tasks that contribute to the overall success of the venue's operations.
  • Understand and comply with safety and health policies, procedures and role responsibilities.
  • Be competent in Responsible Service of Alcohol and hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
