Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill a Customer Service Representative position. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle bar and gaming duties, and ensure efficient food and beverage product replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests;
  • Provide bar service and collect glasses;
  • Replenish food and beverage products in a timely manner;
  • Offer cafe services, including barista duties and drink preparation;
  • Manage gaming activities, cash handling, and reception tasks;
  • Assist with functions, including food and drink service;
  • Perform general cleaning duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role is highly desirable;
  • Superior communication and customer service skills;
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team;
  • A high standard of personal grooming;
  • Ability to work efficiently and proactively;
  • Knowledge of RSA/RCG and TAB Corp basics;
  • A proven track record of accurate cash handling is essential;
  • Basic computer skills would be advantageous.
