Job Title: Beverage Service Expert

Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Beverage Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong knowledge of mixology and beverage services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for anticipating and attending to guest needs promptly and efficiently, maintaining personal appearance in line with hotel grooming standards, and developing harmonious relationships with colleagues.

To succeed in this role, you will need to gain a thorough understanding of food and beverage service policies and procedures, provide superior levels of service to hotel guests, and comply with hotel standards when producing and dispensing food and beverages.

You will also be required to stay up-to-date with knowledge of food and beverage products, participate in all scheduled training sessions, adhere to operational policies and procedures, ensure areas are stocked according to established par levels, maintain clean and safe working environments, and practice occupational health and safety guidelines.
