Job Title:

A high-potential Reverse Logistics Operations professional is required to join our Australian team.

  • Ensure efficient return processing and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Provide on-site support for local operations, training, and operational flow management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing backlog, area readiness, supply chain, associate performance, and quality evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., return processing time, item disposition rates, backlog).
  • Collaborate with 3PL provider to plan labor and ensure production continuity.
  • Conduct Gemba walks to identify opportunities.
  • Manage training programs for new hires and process launches.

Required skills include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Additionally, the candidate should have minimum 2 years of operational experience, proficient data analysis tools usage, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and proven English communication skills.
