Industrial Electrician Job

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team in Hobart, Tasmania.

About the Role

Your role will involve regular maintenance and repair work on overhead cranes, tackling breakdowns where your troubleshooting and technical skills will be put to use. The role requires regular travel to the Devonport location, with a Living Away From Home Allowance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and repair of overhead cranes
  • Troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
  • Regular travel to the Devonport location
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A valid Electrical Licence or Mechanical Trade Certificate & Restricted Electrical Licence.
  • Current and valid Driver Licence.
  • Working at Heights competency.
  • Elevated Work Platform Ticket.
  • Broad knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
  • Ability to work with computer programs: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of organisational ability.
  • Systematic problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
