Job Description

The Employment Relations Lead will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive employment relations strategies, fostering a collaborative environment within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to the employment relations team on complex case management and advisory services
  • Represent the organization in employment and workplace jurisdictions
  • Review and maintain employment and workplace relations policies
  • Conduct research and develop proposals for enterprise bargaining and higher education policies
  • Prepare and deliver regular case management reports to identify and mitigate risks
  • Develop and present presentations to senior leaders to enhance leadership capability
Requirements

Expertise in employment relations, including employment law and industrial relations

Leadership skills with experience in managing complex cases

Ability to represent the organization in employment and workplace jurisdictions

Strong communication and presentation skills
