Job Description\\[p]In this position, you will work closely with our Head of Risk & Compliance to drive a strong risk culture, oversee internal processes and procedures, and provide expert advice to the Executive Team.[/p]\

The key responsibilities include managing compliance risks across the firm, providing training and support on risk & compliance matters, monitoring incidents, breaches and complaints, and building relationships with stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.

[h2>Required Skills & Qualifications\
[p]The ideal candidate should have tertiary degree qualifications in law, commerce, economics, finance or related field. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Compliance-based position in the financial services industry is required. Experience with AML/CTF, AFSL and ACL licensing requirements, as well as working with ASIC, is highly regarded.[/p]\
