Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Support Officer to join our team at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business objectives of the Bank in the management of delinquent loans, credit cards, business and savings accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Work with customers experiencing financial difficulty to make appropriate arrangements that assist them to manage their obligations.
- Provide effective, pro-active and low-cost solutions to protect the Bank's security position while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Collaborate with our experienced and enthusiastic team members and leaders to provide comprehensive training and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive and outcome-driven experience.
- Exceptional phone and communication skills.
