Job Role

Proficiency in using Revit for documentation is critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Designers and Architects to develop and deliver project designs.
  • Assist in developing and communicating the project concept and narrative.
  • Prepare spatial planning, test fit plans, and schematic schemes.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers as required.
  • Prepare reports and documentation packages across each phase of the project.
  • Maintain quality delivery outcomes and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure all deliverables are produced to a high standard and align with company professionalism.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring valuable experience working in a collaborative environment, contributing to the delivery of innovative and high-quality projects.

Your expertise should reflect a strong foundation in interior design principles, construction processes, and the ability to adapt to project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years' experience working in Interior Design.
- Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Excellent Revit skills and documentation experience.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop essential).
- Enscape skills and additional rendering software programs an advantage.
- Ability to communicate design intent and concept narrative through reports and presentations.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to develop fit out details.
- Experience in diverse project typology beneficial.
- Willingness to contribute to a high-performing team.
