People Systems Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled People Systems Analyst to join our team at Monash College. As a key member of our People & Culture Team, you will be responsible for scoping, testing, and modifying SAP SuccessFactors modules across the full employee lifecycle to enable system optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements and legislation.
- Provide tier 3 escalation support for technical issues or queries.
- Work closely with the People Systems Manager and People & Culture Team to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Develop process and procedural documentation to support the development of new systems and processes.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HRIS specialist with a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and a passion for People Systems and Data integrity. You will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
