HRIS Systems Analyst

At Coles Express, we're looking for a skilled HRIS Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Dayforce HRIS system.
About the RoleThe HRIS Systems Analyst will serve as a technical point-of-contact and subject matter expert for the Dayforce HRIS system. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day system support, configuration, and reporting requirements, as well as performing routine maintenance processes and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as Dayforce HRIS Subject Matter Expert and providing first-level support for all user and system integration queries, escalation, and coordination of any third-party resolutions
- Performing routine maintenance processes, quality assurance, and problem resolution in partnership with IT and Systems vendors
- Supporting the implementation and rollout of Dayforce
- Supporting the Reporting and Analytics work in identifying people reporting requirements and working with partners to ensure these reporting capabilities are built and available for Go-Live
- Working with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful data extraction, cleansing, construction, mapping, and conversion
- Performing analysis for system improvements and assisting in system test design, system testing, and support of the user during transition stages to oversee adoption and ease of use
- Designing and maintaining system processes, procedures, and support documentation based on lessons learned, continuous improvement, and quarterly releases

About YouWe're looking for a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Systems Analyst who can hit the ground running. You'll have a strong background in HRIS system design, development, process mapping, documentation, and user support, as well as experience in the end-to-end implementation of an HRIS, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and training.
You'll also have exceptional analytical skills, a strong focus on end-to-end processes and relationship to system automation, and demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively within all levels of business, both with internal and external stakeholders.
