About the Role

The HRIS Systems Analyst will serve as a technical point-of-contact and subject matter expert for the Dayforce HRIS system. This role will be heavily involved in the implementation of Dayforce, working with the project team to build system knowledge and ensure data and reporting integrity for launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for user and system integration queries, escalation, and coordination of third-party resolutions
  • Perform routine maintenance processes, quality assurance, and problem resolution in partnership with IT and systems vendors
  • Support the implementation and rollout of Dayforce
  • Support reporting and analytics work in identifying people reporting requirements and working with partners to ensure reporting capabilities are built and available for go-live
  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful data extraction, cleansing, construction, mapping, and conversion
  • Analyze system improvements and assist in system test design, testing, and support of users during transition stages
  • Design and maintain system processes, procedures, and support documentation based on lessons learned and continuous improvement
About You

You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role supporting HRIS and reporting capabilities. You will also have exposure and experience with Dayforce, as well as experience in HRIS system design, development, process mapping, documentation, and user support.

You will have exceptional analytical skills to identify problems, resolve defects, and implement root cause corrections. You will also have a strong focus on end-to-end processes and relationships to system automation, as well as demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively within all levels of business.
