People Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled People Systems Analyst to join our team at Monash College. As a key member of our People & Culture Team, you will be responsible for scoping, testing, and modifying SAP SuccessFactors modules across the full employee lifecycle to ensure system optimisation.
About Your Next RoleYou will report to the People Systems Manager and work closely with our team to configure and support SuccessFactors modules. Your comprehensive understanding of SuccessFactors modules will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions that meet our business objectives.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with recent experience in a similar position or environment. You will be passionate about People Systems and Data integrity, with a high level of interest in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of employee data. Your ideal skills and experience include:
- Deep technical understanding and hands-on experience configuring a HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail and previous experience managing competing deadlines
- Experience in the development of process and procedural documentation
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in validation of business system upgrades and new production solutions
- High technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Completion of a post-secondary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or Information Services
