Job Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Project Technical Officer.

This role involves leading technical issue resolution, ensuring high-quality documentation and standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for solving complex problems using structured analysis and creativity within tight deadlines.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead technical projects from start to finish, overseeing the implementation of new tech solutions, from infrastructure to software upgrades.
  • Tech Support: Provide expert-level technical support, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain comprehensive inventories of software, hardware, and communication systems.
  • Cybersecurity: Prioritize ICT security across all project phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Project Management: Proven success in managing and delivering ICT projects using various methodologies (waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with hardware installation and maintenance, including servers, routers, and network equipment.
  • Communication: Strong leadership skills to guide multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate with vendors and departmental teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Software System Lifecycle Management: Experience in software system lifecycle management, including installation and testing.
  • Open Cabling Licence: An Open Cabling Licence with endorsements.
  • Hardware Familiarity: Familiarity with antennas, cabling systems, and related hardware.
