Clinical Leadership Position

This role involves providing expert clinical guidance across multiple channels, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and consumer-focused services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical oversight and expertise in all service areas.
  • Ensure services adhere to sound clinical governance principles.
  • Foster a culture of patient safety, quality management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with service operations.
  • Lead and participate in work streams, committees, and forums to drive improvement.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration as a health professional.
  • Substantial experience in primary care, secondary care, or population health.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Australian health sector, including primary and community care.
  • Proven experience in telehealth service delivery and clinical governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage confidently at all levels.
