Program Governance & Transformation Expert

This role involves playing a key part in the successful delivery of our Customer Transformation Program.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams to deliver a large-scale Customer Transformation Program.
  • Track and report on program milestones and deliverables, partnering with teams for review and approval.
  • Support governance forums by creating meeting collateral, capturing minutes, and documenting decisions.
  • Utilise Jira to manage and monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across the program.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare program-level reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools.
  • Provide end-to-end support across governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, drawing on experience in program or project analyst roles.

A proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience supporting complex programs and thriving in dynamic environments. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in a similar role supporting large-scale programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira for scheduling, tracking progress, and managing dependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret program data, with proficiency in Excel for reporting and insights.
  • Experience facilitating or contributing to workshops, planning sessions, and team alignment activities.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, identifying delivery risks, and recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, leading and influencing stakeholders and communicating concepts to diverse audiences.
