About the Role

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

System Upgrades and Enhancements
- Ensure high-quality outcomes and deliverables for system functionality updates.
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and roll-out of system software updates to optimize performance.
- Identify cost-effective enhancements aligned with user requirements
- Manage testing, configuration, and administration for new functionality implementations.
- Perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance according to prescribed procedures.
- Monitor quality assurance activities and maintain comprehensive testing documentation for audits.
- Provide support and relevant documentation to ICT committees
- Prepare detailed reports, briefs, and specifications as required.

System Stability and Continuous Improvement
- Offer expert advice, guidance, and support to stakeholders on system-related matters.
- Identify improvement opportunities through user interactions and collaborate with teams to implement changes.
- Serve as a first point of contact for troubleshooting system issues and provide timely solutions.
- Escalate data security concerns promptly to minimize organizational impact
- Foster effective relationships with vendors to resolve product issues efficiently.

Ongoing Support and Development
- Collaborate with vendors and ICT services to resolve system integration issues through stakeholder engagement.
- Manage access to data and functionality in line with agreed policies.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining configuration and course templates according to regulatory compliance or operational needs
- Provide training on software and system updates to relevant stakeholders
- Share specialist knowledge with team members.
