Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Production Centre Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing, managing, and motivating the production team to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective functioning of the production centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise team and workflow through production
  • Ensure quality repairs are completed to scope within timeframes
  • Couch and develop team members to improve capability and productivity
  • Check repairs at each stage of completion and complete final sign-off of QA
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous collision repair experience in a leadership capacity (minimum 2 years)
  • Qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly desirable)
  • Inspirational leadership and great people management skills
  • A focus on site safety, workflow, and productivity
  • A commitment to quality and customer experience
  • The ability to coach and develop team members to improve capability
