About the Role

  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service that translates into increased loyalty.
  • Achieve sales and wage targets while managing controllable costs.
  • Ensure your store operates according to our established policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Identify development needs within your team and motivate them to drive performance for future succession.
