Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team of skilled trades personnel in a purpose-built workshop environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of skilled trades personnel
Key Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in Diesel Fitting or similar
  • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience within the mining industry
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Able to manage a fully quoted workload and ensure jobs stay on track
  • Forward-thinking and proactive planning skills to maintain efficiency
  • Technical rebuild knowledge of CAT & Komatsu equipment
