Workshop Supervisor

Myndshift Group supports a number of industries including mining, civil construction and heavy engineering. We are engaged by our client partner to recruit a Workshop Supervisor – Machine Rebuilds for their purpose-built workshop in Paget.
The successful applicant will be required to supervise a team of skilled trades personnel whilst working a 7/7 Dayshift Only roster.
Responsibilities- Supervise a team of skilled trades personnel in a workshop environment.
- Must be a trade-qualified Diesel Fitter or similar
- 5 + years supervisory experience within mining
- A strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines
- The ability to manage a fully quoted workload, ensuring jobs stay on task and on track
- Forward-thinking and proactive planning skills to keep the team moving efficiently
- Strong technical rebuild knowledge of CAT & Komatsu equipment
- 7/7 Dayshift Rosters – Be home each night
- Excellent salary on offer based on level of experience
