This exciting opportunity is for individuals who are passionate about the food and agribusiness industry and want to develop their skills in a collaborative environment.

We are seeking highly motivated and analytical professionals to join our team as Banking Operations Graduates. As part of our 18-month graduate program, you will have the chance to rotate through various operations teams, including Payments, Settlements, Data Management, and risk and compliance.

You will gain hands-on experience in building a rock-solid bank and develop your technical skills. Our comprehensive development pathways will equip you with the skills of the future, enabling your career growth within the company.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the critical functions of building a robust banking system
  • Contribute to the development of data management systems
  • Work closely with the risk and compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Final year of undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or have recently completed your study within the past three years.
  • Citizenship/Residency: Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge and interest in the chosen field, passion for the food and agribusiness industry, excellent time management, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, strong communication at all levels both written and verbal.
