Senior Safety and Quality Executive

This role is a fantastic opportunity to lead our safety, health, environment, and quality initiatives across our operations.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional with strong SHEQ expertise to drive compliance, foster continuous improvement, and strengthen our culture of safety.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of our SHEQ strategy to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to site teams and subcontractors on safe work practices and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with our HIMS team to manage injury cases and develop return-to-work strategies.
  • Analyse safety data to identify trends and recommend improvements to our safety processes.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS/SHEQ or a related field.
  • ICAM accreditation and/or experience with ICAM investigations.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a related qualification.
  • Strong understanding of WHS legislation and certified management systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to travel intrastate and interstate as required.
