Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our quality assurance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards across their development and production lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer purchase orders and conduct technical investigations to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Support the delivery of solutions that align with our commitment to quality, safety, and performance, drawing on your engineering expertise.
- Manage documentation, non-conformance reports, and technical investigations to drive continuous improvement.
- Engage directly with suppliers and customers to lead quality process improvements and contribute to broader business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- A qualified and experienced engineer with a solid foundation in quality systems, manufacturing processes, and engineering standards.
- Good understanding of design, analysis, manufacturing, and support techniques throughout the engineering product lifecycle.
- Knowledge of engineering reports/technical writing in an engineering environment.
- Awareness of product safety and quality processes.
- Awareness of configuration management processes.
- Understanding of applicable engineering toolsets (e.g. PLM or MRP systems, design, simulation and analysis software).
- Able to deliver communications effectively within a cross-functional environment.
