Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled estimator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow in the construction industry.

This role will involve preparing accurate and detailed tenders, estimates, and full scopes of work, as well as providing precise cost estimates and planning advice based on client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive tender documents
  • Provide expert cost planning advice
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure clear communication and up-to-date information
  • Keep clients informed on project quote progress
  • Collaborate with senior estimators and receive ongoing training and development
Requirements:
  • Estimating experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • A strong understanding of construction materials and techniques is preferred
  • Sound cost planning skills and current knowledge of market rates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full working rights in Australia
